Faculty

Our faculty is composed of highly decorated individuals who have in their own efforts and beliefs achieved the highest possible academic proficiency. To ensure that our faculty will be well equipped to handle a very mixed level of students they themselves are a very mixed bunch. Made up of teachers and professors that have a long list of previously employed universities who have expanded and let them go.

You might even find a few who were dismissed for various sexual harassment charges but in keeping with student’s safety we have only employed the ones where charges have either been dropped or the evidence was inadmissible in court. They, after all, could not have possibly done the crimes they are accused of if they were not yet found guilty by the court.

Our motto in these cases is innocent until officially proven guilty.

The faculty selection is so diverse that we have even interviewed preschool teachers who want to teach at a university level. Since most students might have a penchant to behave at such a level we have found it very convenient to employ faculty members who are expert in dealing with them. They are also very good in handling or substituting for professors who might go on an unexpected leave. They handle classes very efficiently and more students have been seen showing up to their classes.

We also give yearly seminars to always arm our faculty with all the most progressive teaching styles. They are highly capable in teaching from styles ranging from the ‘let them read a book till the last page’, ‘let them sing about history’, ‘show them a dead body for anatomy and let them count the muscles’ and even the most thought provoking one of ‘let them hug a tree to understand nature’s style.

All these methods are geared towards capturing a student’s attention. So far we have received countless testimonials in the words of students that are along the lines of “that class was freaking awesome”. These only shows how effective and well received these classes have been.

Our programs and academic curriculum is not only confined within the walls of the classroom. We encourage faculty members to think outside of the box. Many have opted to go out not only of the classroom but also outside of the campus for students to better receive and understand their classes. Some classes have even been conducted in the nearby park. Faculty members would lecture under a tree while students could sit amongst the friendly locals sprawled across the lawn and the benches.

We even give a special budget for the faculty to use the latest technologies when it comes to giving their lectures. Other universities give a chance for lecturers to lecture using a computer and projector. They even give professors full use of air conditioned and fully equipped auditoriums. Hifi University takes it one step further by giving the professors full creative freedom.

Some professors have even given lectures while they were physically outside of the classroom. With the advances in communication through the internet one lecturer was able to give his full lecture through Skype from his bathroom. His apartment was only located 5 minutes away from the campus but yet he was efficient in wasting no time by just doing the lecture right then and there while he was handling his business.

One lecturer was even creative enough to plug a student’s mobile phone to a loud speaker and give his lecture while he was on the phone in the grocery store. The total detachment of the professor only gave students an opportunity to use their imagination.
